Pupils don't wear a uniform

Ne… pas makes the verb negative, and after it un becomes de (d'): pas d'uniforme. Most French state schools have no uniform.

Jusqu'à = as far as. Les feux = the traffic lights and un rond-point = a roundabout. Tout droit = straight on.
