4 × 50,000 = 200,000 cm. Divide by 100 to get metres: 2,000 m. Divide by 1,000 to get km: 2 km.

Write the ratio 15 : 25 in its simplest form.

Divide both parts by their HCF, 5: 15 ÷ 5 = 3 and 25 ÷ 5 = 5. Keep the same order: 3 : 5.
